What you get

Scope included as standard.

We work weddings between £15k and £200k+. The figure depends on guest count, venue type, decor scope, and whether catering and AV are within scope. Most full productions land between £40k and £80k.

Brief

A 30-minute call to understand the wedding, the venue, the guest count, and the budget. We come back within the working day with an indicative scope and figure.

Direction

A creative direction document — concept, mood, scope, supplier shortlist. Refined through one or two passes until you'd put it on the wall.

Delivery

Production, run-of-show, on-the-day management. Same lead from brief through to teardown. No surprises, no handoffs.

How early should we book?
Most wedding clients book 12-18 months out. We've also delivered weddings at 8 weeks notice. The earlier you book, the wider your supplier choice — but we can work tighter if needed.
Do you handle multi-day weddings?
Yes. South Asian weddings spanning 2-4 days, destination weddings with welcome dinners and farewell brunches, weekend takeovers — all within scope. Pricing scales by day count.
What's the minimum spend?
£15,000 for full production with creative direction. Below that we'd recommend our hire catalogue and a separate planner.
Do you work outside the UK?
Yes. We've delivered events in mainland Europe, the Gulf, and North America. Travel costs are itemised separately in the quote.
