"From £X" prices shown for hire products are a minimum starting point per item assuming standard weekend hire and minimum order quantity. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before any booking is locked. Pricing for non-standard quantities, durations, dates, or delivery distances is quoted on enquiry.
All bespoke commissions are governed by a written services agreement signed before any work begins. The website is not a contract — it's a brochure. The signed agreement is the contract.
We accept commissions on compressed timelines. Last-minute work may carry a premium reflecting the operational cost of accelerated delivery. Pricing for under-72-hour commissions is quoted on enquiry.
Cancellation terms are set out in the individual services agreement for each commission. Generally, deposits are non-refundable once supplier bookings are made; balance is refundable on a sliding scale based on proximity to event date.
Maza Events carries Public Liability of £5m and Goods in Transit of £25k. Our liability for any commission is limited to the value of fees paid for that commission, except where applicable law (negligence, death, etc.) requires unlimited liability.
These terms and any commission agreement are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
