Maza Events Ltd ("we", "us") cares about your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry through our website, we collect:

• Your name, email, phone number (where given)
• Information about your event — type, date, venue, guest count, budget
• Any message content you choose to send us
• Technical data (IP address, browser type) for security purposes

How we use it

We use this data only to:

• Reply to your enquiry and discuss your event
• Send a quote and supporting documentation if relevant
• Maintain ongoing client relationships during a commission
• Comply with legal and tax requirements after a project completes

We never share your data with third parties except where strictly necessary to deliver the event you've engaged us for (e.g. supplier bookings) and only with information directly relevant to that delivery.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data we don't act on is deleted after 24 months. Client data from delivered projects is kept for 7 years to satisfy UK accounting and contractual obligations, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Access the data we hold on you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete your data (where we don't have a legal obligation to retain it)
• Stop processing your data for marketing purposes
